Key Responsibilities:

• Take accurate orders: Ensure precision when taking food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Serve with care: Deliver food and drinks promptly with attention to presentation and accuracy.
• Provide outstanding customer service: Anticipate guests needs, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a clean environment: Pre-bus and reset tables efficiently, keep dining areas organized, and complete side work.
• Process payments: Handle transactions smoothly, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold health & safety standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server is a plus but not required - well train the right person!
• Customer-focused: Friendly, professional, and skilled in communication.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods while carrying food and beverages.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support your coworkers.
