Radiology - Cath Lab Tech

Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
Shift: 07:00-17:30, Four 10-hour shifts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 13
Associate degree or higher
RT (R) or RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT-R Radiography or equivalent imaging credential
ACLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer
BLS certification within 30 days of hire/transfer
2 years of experience in Cath, EP, or Vascular preferred
Assist Physicians during catheterization and electrophysiology lab procedures.
Prepare the procedure room and equipment.
Instruct and monitor patients' conditions.
Provide routine and emergency care during procedures.
Contribute to the orientation and training of team members.
Assist in quality control initiatives through auditing and reporting.
On-call for STEMI required, approximately 8-9 days per month including one weekend.
Holiday call required, rotates annually.
