Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts PT license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other clinical settings. New graduates not accepted for this role. Experience with Raintree EMR preferred. Cypress outpatient screening form required prior to start (client-specific onboarding requirement).

Assignment Details

Facility type: Outpatient clinic. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:00–16:30. Work days: Monday through Friday. Schedule notes: Clinic is open weekdays with extended evening hours; candidate must be open to working two evenings per week until 19:00 as part of schedule flexibility. Productivity expectation: 55–63 patients per week (client guideline). Duration: 13 to 26 weeks. EMR: Raintree.
