At Suburban Hospital, our greatest passion is our staff members' commitment to delivering the best patient- and family-centered care possible.The Patient Care Tech (CNA) on our 18-bed Adult Surgical unit is a critical part of the Patient Care Team and works in a collaborative relationship with the Registered Nurse (RN) and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. This certified role observes patients, provides basic nursing care, and maintains the patient environment in an outcome-oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate, and cost-effective manner.Minimum Qualifications:High School graduate or equivalentActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification on Maryland Board of NursingCurrent BLS CPR certification provided by AHA, American Red Cross, or Military Training NetworkOne year of clinical experience is requiredWe're proud to offer a robust benefits package that supports your health, growth, and well-being. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
