About This Role Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the IV Therapy Department. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about providing patient-centered care and mentoring others in a collaborative environment. Highlights Pay: $37.17 - $55.76 Location: Rockville, MD Facility: Shady Grove Medical Center Schedule: Part-time, Day shift What You'll Do Develop a plan of care according to patient population. Identify impending changes in patient condition accurately and initiate corrective action. Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care. Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective. Report directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager and be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of patient-centered care. Educate patients and families through the continuum of care. Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice. Utilize equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately.
