Hours: 7:00am-3:45pm
QPS is hiring Production Workers in Edwardsville, KS! Join a growing team with great 1st shift hours and the opportunity to get hired-on full-time. Work includes tire and wheel assembly, quality inspection, and warehouse support in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay, steady daytime schedule, and great benefits once hired on. Production Worker Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Production Worker Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; may substitute company-provided GED works program within 1 year of hire - Previous experience in tire and wheel assembly preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment - Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks
