Direct Support Professional - Day Program

Direct Support Professional – Day Program Responsibilities Provide direct care, support, and supervision for individuals with autism in the Day Program setting. Assist with personal care, medication management, behavior management, life skills, documentation, transportation, and daily structure and support. Schedule Monday through Friday 8am‑4pm Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or higher degree (must provide diploma or transcripts). At least 20 years old. Valid NJ driver's license. Pass all background checks including Central Registry, CARI, DMV, fingerprints, drug screen, physical, and PPD. Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with individuals with autism, solve problems systematically, and communicate (written and verbal) professionally.
