Benefits Specialist

Keller Group is representing a confidential, growing organization seeking a Benefits Specialist to join its HR team. This is a hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting employees, administering benefits programs, and ensuring compliance across a multi‑state workforce. If you're analytical, customer‑focused, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to connect. What you’ll be doing: Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and leave of absence Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and support Manage multi-state leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, and disability claims Support open enrollment and process benefit changes accurately and efficiently Maintain HRIS records, payroll deductions, and benefits data integrity Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations What we’re looking for: 5+ years of benefits administration experience Multi‑state benefits and leave administration experience Experience supporting retirement plans Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail Passion for providing outstanding customer service Strong communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Experience with California and Arizona employment laws is preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & structure: $75,000+ Base Salary Full-time, on-site Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Comprehensive benefits package Minimal travel required If your experience aligns and you’re looking for an opportunity to make an impact while supporting employees through every stage of the benefits lifecycle, we’d love to connect.
