Maintenance Director

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department Ensure environmental center compliance with Federal, State and Local ordinances, regulations, and building codes Ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition Maintain the community in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems Provide quality laundry service Requirements High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required Must possess knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures Professional image in both appearance and behavior Excellent written and oral communication skills A fire and passion for working with seniors A flexible, fun, and energetic personality Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in maintenance supervision within long-term care settings, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment.
