Mission/Purpose of the Job: Assists in Transport Funding's control systems, recordkeeping and compliance requirements for vehicle titles securing the company's loans. Assists in the repossession and foreclosure process. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Assists in the flow of collateral titles to and from the Collateral Administration office.
• Verifies the accuracy of State issued titles and coordinates/files for corrections with the various Arrow Truck Sales branches.
• Identifies titles requiring retention beyond payoff to secure other debt obligations of borrowers.
• Resolves unidentified titles for correct recordkeeping with Collateral Administration office.
• Releases titles to customers on paid out loans.
• Assists in the credit reporting, recordkeeping, and paperwork on repossession and foreclosure processes.
• Prepares and files all necessary paperwork with the states to obtain repossession titles on foreclosed units.
• Reassigns repossession titles to purchasers of foreclosed equipment.
• Performs appraisal information entry to the Inventory Management system of all repossessed equipment.
• Handles customer calls regarding title issues.
• Works with branches, customers, and motor vehicle departments to facilitate perfection of liens.
• Research and respond to customer credit disputes through E-Oscar system.

Preferred Experience, Education, and Knowledge:

• High School diploma.
• Two years experience in vehicle titling activities or two years experience in the secured financial services business.
• PC proficient with high level knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Highly skilled in the use of loan management software programs.
• Adept with numbers.
