What You'll Do

• Serve as the lead member of the housekeeping team by providing daily guidance and support while working alongside team members
• Train, coach and support team members to maintain high housekeeping and customer service standards
• Assign daily work and help prioritize responsibilities to meet the needs of the community
• Perform routine inspections of resident rooms, common areas and other campus spaces to ensure cleanliness and quality expectations are consistently met
• Assist with floor care responsibilities including stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet extraction and other specialty cleaning projects
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and safely used
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns with professionalism, compassion and a service-first attitude
• Partner with leaders across the community to support move-ins, special events and other operational needs
• Help maintain a safe, organized and welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors and team members
• Assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community

What You'll Bring

• Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience required
• Experience serving as a lead, trainer or mentor is preferred
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning methods, floor care equipment and cleaning products
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Passion for serving older adults
• Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
