Leave & Accommodation Specialist (FMLA/ADA Expert)

Blue Origin is seeking an experienced Leave of Absence Coordinator to deliver leave, disability, and accommodation services across the organization. You will serve as a primary liaison through the full lifecycle, manage complex FMLA/ADA cases, collaborate with HRBPs and payroll, and ensure confidentiality of medical information. The role emphasizes building cross-functional partnerships, staying current on federal/state leave laws, and supporting safe human spaceflight by enabling compliant #J-18808-Ljbffr Blue Origin
