Locations: Tampa, Brandon & Wesley Chapel, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | NO WEEKENDS!
Compensation: $37–$39 per hour | Approximately $76,960–$81,120 annually for full-time employment

Advanced Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is expanding, and we are seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team!
We are a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and helping individuals recover from injuries, regain mobility, and return to their daily activities.
We welcome both experienced professionals and newly licensed graduates who are eager to develop their skills and grow with our practice.

Position Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment responses.
- Communicate patient progress and clinical observations to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises and rehabilitation activities within the PTA scope of practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Current, active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently within the PTA scope of practice and collaboratively with a healthcare team.
- No prior professional experience required. Newly licensed graduates are encouraged to apply!
