Position: Insurance Sales

Location: In person in San Antonio airport area

Role Description:

As an Account Representative you are vital to our daily business operations. You grow the agency through meaningful customer interactions. You provide educational information helping customers understand their needs and making coverage selections. You improve the lives of others by asking key questions to reveal the customers needs and proactively provide insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and maintain current relevant information
• Assist customers with policy changes and decisions
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure proper structuring and timely issuance
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work in-office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Previous sales or customer interaction experience
• Previous insurance experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
