Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Monitor resident conditions and document accurately
- Support residents with daily needs and promote a safe environment
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- Active LPN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and assessment skills
