Crew Members are cross-trained in a variety of restaurant positions, giving you the opportunity to learn new skills and build your career. Positions May Include Cook Cashier Front Counter Drive-Thru Food Prep Backline/Production Depending on your shift, you'll also assist with opening or closing responsibilities to ensure the restaurant is ready for guests and the next shift. What You'll Do Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare food according to Hardee's quality and food safety standards. Operate grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant. Ensure food is prepared quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Restock supplies and keep workstations clean and fully stocked. Follow all company policies, food safety, sanitation, and safety procedures. Work as part of a team to support coworkers and ensure smooth restaurant operations. Complete opening or closing duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn multiple positions within the restaurant. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
