About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the VP of Technology, a pivotal role in the organization's transformation. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, responsible for translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, and will play a key part in the development of the company's new operating model, technology strategy, and commercial engine. This position is ideal for a sharp, analytical operator with a background in consulting, strategy, investment banking, product strategy, or a similar high-performance environment, and who is adept at driving clarity, execution, and momentum across a complex commercial technology portfolio. The Chief of Staff will be a force multiplier for the VP, leading strategic execution, operational leadership, and executive partnership. This includes annual and quarterly planning, goal-setting, and the development of executive-ready presentations. The role demands an individual with exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as the ability to break down complex challenges and lead high-impact initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an MBA from a top-tier or strong regional program, 2-6 years of relevant experience, and a proven track record of influencing and driving alignment across various business functions. High intellectual horsepower, strong execution discipline, and a willingness to relocate to Memphis, TN, are also key attributes for this leadership accelerator position.
