Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, offering accurate diagnoses and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. \n
- Prepare detailed intake summaries and maintain meticulous, confidential client records in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, providing psychotherapy to clients ranging from children to adults. \n
- Provide family consultation and education to support clients and their loved ones in understanding and navigating treatment options. \n
- Utilize resources from community agencies and organizations to enhance treatment options and referrals for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care. \n
- Develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups or workshops aimed at improving client outcomes and community mental health awareness. \n

- A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required at the time of hire. \n
