Tech lead

Lead Developer

We are looking for a lead developer. An excellent performer will have the opportunity to grow into the role of CTO and help build the team. You should have experience coding in JavaScript and be comfortable with our tech stack, which includes a web app (VueJs) and several mobile apps for our clients and our team (React Native).

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and maintain web and mobile applications
• End-to-end feature development, from wireframes to user acceptance testing
• Define the structure and indexing of our main SQL database
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Collaborate with our team to design and implement new platform functionality
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to our codebase
• Help build and lead the engineering team

Requirements

• Experience coding in JavaScript
• Familiarity with our tech stack (VueJs, NodeJs and React Native)
• Design high-performing systems with large and complex data models
• Maintain data integrity and scalability with large datasets (1m+ transactions and counting)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
