What You'll Do:

Perform comprehensive evaluations of hospitalized patients' physical and cognitive skills
Develop personalized treatment plans to improve daily living activities
Implement therapeutic interventions aligned with patient needs and recovery goals
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient discharges
Document patient progress and update treatment strategies accordingly
Comply with facility policies and healthcare standards

What You Need:

Required:

Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility
Experience in inpatient settings preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred:

Prior experience with cognitive and physical therapy interventions
Knowledge of hospital protocols and procedures
