The position involves implementing therapy services, educating patients and families, and ensuring safe and effective care in an outpatient setting. Job Details Certifications: CPR Certification; active license for the state where work will be performed. Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School. Experience Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred. Location Requirements: Must maintain an active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document clinical notes accurately and timely, and ensure care complies with physician orders and insurance approvals. Additional Information: Participation in student programs, ongoing professional development, adherence to state practice acts, and involvement in organizational performance improvement initiatives. Float: Float rotation may be required.
