Restaurant Line Cook

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Line Cook to join our large team of cooks reporting to the Head Chef. This role involves preparing and assembling ingredients, cooking dishes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and ensuring excellent food presentation. Work shifts include mornings, nights, and weekends, with no travel required. We offer competitive hourly wages ranging from $18 to $25 depending on experience, alongside benefits and PTO after one year. This position also provides growth opportunities such as advancement to Sous Chef and cross-training across multiple stations.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items
Cook food according to recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Present dishes attractively and accurately
Collaborate effectively with a large team of cooks
Work scheduled shifts including mornings, nights, and weekends
