Key Responsibilities: - Utilize the Nursing Process to provide comprehensive care to patients. - Exhibit critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe care delivery. - Lead and plan care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. - Maintain clinical competencies through continued education and training. - Delegate patient care priorities based on the education and experience of support staff. - Supervise and support assigned personnel in delivering patient care. Essential Qualifications: - Valid ACLS & BLS certifications (must be attached to submission; American Heart Association). - Experience with ventilators and tracheostomy care. - Previous LTAC experience in a hospital setting. - Current Ohio RN or multi-state RN license (must be attached to resume).
