Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction law, though experience in general litigation or real estate will also be considered. This role offers the opportunity to work on both public and private projects within a dynamic and growing practice. Duties Represent clients including owners, designers, and contractors in construction-related matters. Collaborate with land-use, environmental, real estate, and public agency attorneys. Engage in legal research and writing to support case strategies. Participate in client meetings and project team discussions. Requirements 3-5 years of relevant legal experience. California Bar admission required. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. High level of analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the California Bar. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition towards partnership. Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package.
