Opportunity Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) – a premier 2‑year journey that turns high‑potential engineers into the next generation of Supply Chain talent through four 6‑month rotations. You will take direct ownership of manufacturing challenges and drive operational excellence. Journey You will build foundational expertise through three mandatory, high‑impact rotations that give you a 360‑degree view of energy technology. Supervise Operations – as a Shop Operations Supervisor you’ll manage a team of technicians, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Master the Flow – in Sourcing/Materials Management you’ll manage the global movement of goods and procurement strategy. Innovate Processes – in a Technical rotation (Quality, Lean, or Manufacturing Engineering) you’ll eliminate waste and optimize production. Why Join the OMDP? Requirements Education: BS or MS in Engineering or Supply Chain (hands‑on manufacturing experience required for SC degrees). Work Authorization: Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States – no sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Commitment – 3.0+ GPA on a 4‑point scale. Experience – Prior internships or co‑ops in manufacturing/Lean with less than 2 years full‑time experience. Lean Experience – Proven track record of using Lean principles in manufacturing or team environments. Versatile Problem Solver – Major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering. Interpersonal Agility – Ability to connect and influence at all levels. Proactive Mindset – Self‑starter with a long‑term career focus in manufacturing and supply chain. Resilience – Ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations. After Program Career Continuity – upon completion, transition into a critical full‑time role at your original location of hire. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $85,000–$86,000 (Bachelor’s to Master’s); geographic differential of 110–130%. Bonus eligibility: 5% discretionary annual bonus.
