At Endeavor Physical Therapy in Kyle, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population and be part of a team dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. The clinic treats a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, manage pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Your Role:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
\n
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
\n
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
\n
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
\n
• Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
\n
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
\n
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
\n
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
