Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to restore function and mobility
  • Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care
  • Document services accurately and timely
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs per practice acts
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
  • Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
  • Active state PT license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs

Education

  • Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Patient evaluation and assessment techniques
  • Individualized treatment planning and goal setting
  • Accurate clinical documentation
  • Supervision of PTAs and Rehab Techs
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration and patient education
  • Knowledge of safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in diverse settings
