Client Reporting Analyst III

Job Description This job is responsible for developing reports to support management decision making. Key responsibilities include performing all phases of the report development process, participating in client meetings to understand needs and develop requirements, conducting data research and data discovery, sourcing data—including data automation—creating report visualizations, and managing report deployment, including user onboarding. Job expectations include developing, maintaining, or enhancing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive end-to-end reporting solutions. Line of Business Job Description Global Data and Reporting Operations within Global Markets Operations is looking for a seasoned Client Reporting Analyst. Responsibilities Designs, develops, and maintains innovative automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Business Intelligence tools including MicroStrategy and Tableau Designs, develops, and maintains automated data Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes from various database platforms, storing data in ‘Fit for Use’ relational tables Analyzes disparate database sources including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes Designs and builds relational data models to support the development of actionable reports, dashboards, and scorecards Partners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications Creates and maintains required standard documentation including metadata, detailed workflows documenting programs, and desktop procedures Works collaboratively in a cross‑functional team, learns from colleagues, and provides routine updates on calls related to projects Assembles large, complex data sets that meet functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring consistency across data sets Maintains, improves, cleans, and manipulates large data for operational and analytics use Builds complex processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency, and workload management, and communicates required information for deployment, maintenance, and support of business functionality Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines that ingest and transform data from various external sources, storing it in highly optimized database systems, and making it useful to our BI Analytics and Data Visualization team members Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve unexpected performance and process fail issues Leverage processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it Requirements 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data modeling, building data pipelines, and data visualizations Experience orchestrating data using directed acyclic graph (DAG) concepts Experience providing data solutions for reporting and analytics teams Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously Extreme attention to detail Experience with code management tools such as GIT Advanced MS SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases Skills Automation Data Mining Data Quality Management Data Visualization Reporting Agile Practices Attention to Detail DevOps Practices Production Support Technical Documentation Business Acumen Business Process Analysis Continuous Improvement Innovative Thinking Quality Assurance Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 Pay and benefits information Pay range $25.00 - $37.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
