Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced RN to join their team in the Cardiac Cath Lab as a Travel nurse in San Marcos, TX. This role requires providing both routine and complex patient care while managing long-term plans and contingencies in a clinical nursing environment. The ideal candidate will work independently and part of a team to best serve patients' needs.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

• Meet the expectations of OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Assess patient learning needs and provide necessary education

Requirements of the RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

• Current BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• RN License in the state of TX or compact
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred
• One year of experience in related nursing specialty is preferred
• Must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
