The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud platforms, architecture best practices, and a strong focus on scalability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud architecture solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Lead the migration of existing infrastructure and applications to cloud environments. Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and cyber security teams to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions. Develop cloud governance policies , access controls, and disaster recovery plans. Evaluate new cloud services and emerging technologies for potential use. Build reusable templates, automation scripts, and CI/CD pipelines. Provide cloud cost estimates, monitoring, and optimization strategies. Document cloud architecture standards and best practices. Skills Required: Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms Strong understanding of cloud networking, storage, compute, and security Proficient in Terra form , Cloud Formation , or other IaC tools Familiar with Develops practices and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Solid experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Ability to manage cloud costs, billing, and performance Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3–5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering Certifications (preferred) AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect What We Offer: Competitive UK salary package Hybrid working flexibility Career development and certification support Friendly and dynamic workplace environment Artek is a recruitment and development firm that specializes in IT and Healthcare.
