Senior Manager, Retail Workforce & Forecasting

J.Jill is seeking a Senior Manager, Retail Labor & Workload to lead labor planning, forecasting, and scheduling for our multi-store footprint. You will own payroll forecasting, OpEx budgeting, and workforce analytics across the field, partnering with Retail leadership, Finance, HR, IT and Payroll. The role requires 6+ years in retail workforce management, a Bachelor’s degree, and advanced Excel/BI skills.
