Job Responsibilities :

• Adhere to SOPs & work instructions
• Pick & pack, label & ship orders to customers – ensure all info is accurate
• Manage customer orders in ERP – ensure data input accuracy
• Support inventory accuracy & restock as needed
• Respond to & fulfill orders – accurately log data into ERP and review/verify logged transactions
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Cross train across multiple depts. as needed
• Report other issues, concerns, and/or inconsistencies to management
• Performs other duties as necessary

Job Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of shipping & receiving experience – experience with ERPs/FedEx/UPS/DHL, etc.
• Proficiency with MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
• Team Player
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and can adhere to a work schedule
• Good written & verbal communication Skills 
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
