Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Med Surg \n Discipline: RN \n Start Date: 10/05/2026 \n Duration: 13 weeks \n 36 hours per week \n Shift: 12 hours, days \n Employment Type: Travel \n \n Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg/General Surgery \n We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in a MedSurg/General Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Contract Details\n \n Contract Length: 13 weeks \n Start Date: Anticipated within 2-3 weeks of offer \n Shift Options: 3x12s or 4x12s, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (4x12 preferred) \n Rotation: Every other weekend, holiday rotation, and call rotation \n Patient Care\n \n Patient Ratios: 1:6 (occasionally 1:7) \n Floating: Candidates must be willing to float within their scope to meet facility needs. \n Qualifications\n \n Experience: Highly preferred 3 years of nursing experience \n First-time Travelers: Accepted, but not preferred \n Licensure: Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required \n Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred. \n Additional Information\n \n RTO: All requests for time off must be provided upon submission for approval based on unit needs. \n Guaranteed Hours: The facility reserves the right to cancel one shift for travelers every two weeks. \n Parking: Free parking available. \n Charting System: EPIC \n Scrub Color: Royal blue or white for RN staff. \n Hurricane Season Notice\n Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams.
