Unit Specifics:

· Number of Beds : 5 labs total

· Patient Ratios :N?A

· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) :4 staff per case

· Type of equipment : 4 Philips, 1 Siemans

· Documentation system: Merge

· Scheduling requirements:12 hour shifts plus call

· Floating policy:n/a

· Patient Experience requirements: Cardiac cath procedures r.equired

Must have : Cath Lab circulating and moderate sedation

 

 

Advanced skills needed: ACLS & BLS

 

 

Procedures performed on unit: LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD/PPM, Peripheral procedures, Endovascular AAA

 

 

Certifications Required: ACLS & BLS, ARRT (R)
