Host - Full Time

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing guest flow and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. This is a Full-Time position with 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: Provide warm, friendly, and immediate greetings to guests upon arrival Seat guests and present clean menus in a friendly, professional, and timely manner Manage waitlists and accurately quote wait times when necessary Coordinate seating to ensure efficient table turnover and balanced server sections Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure excellent service Follow all company policies and guest service standards Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Schedule: Temporary position 40 hours per week Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant setting High level of guest interaction #J-18808-Ljbffr La Cosecha IV LLC
