Annual Salary: $66,300K - $67,000K USD plus monthly bonus based on budget achievement

Job Overview:

The Store Manager is a people and business-oriented profile, which is the key reference point for the store team and will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the store. Our Store Managers always lead their teams by sharing their passion for client service and expertise in fashion. The Store Manager sets the tone for the store team and is crucial in creating a memorable in-store experience that builds lasting relationships with customers and solves their lifestyle needs. This role is critical in supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve performance goals and drive profitable sales growth through all aspects, including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
\n
• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with top clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided.
\n
• Enforcing exceptional customer service, maximizing and expanding customers’ portfolio utilizing your ability to multi-task projects in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
\n
• Ensure Clients follow-up by the Sales Team, with customized proposals specifically tailored for their needs
\n
• Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals agreed upon with the District Manager
\n
• Always representing the brand’s standards for a high-level customer experience
\n
• Be a mentor for your team, inspiring and leading them through product knowledge and brand awareness
\n
• Proactively follow current competitors and fashion trends
\n
• Attract, recruit and retain a high performing team in an inspiring work environment
\n
• Promote brand awareness, establish store presence and capture competitive market share through community outreach and company sponsored events
\n

\n

Operations

\n

\n
• Oversee the processing of daily incoming and outbound merchandise requests and shipments
\n
• Implement business action plans in collaboration with the District Manager to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment
\n
• Manage and support stock levels through direct communication with the District Manager to maintaining a high sell through as well as alignment with new product launched
\n
• Able to successfully operate our POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures
\n
• Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas such as bathroom and stockroom. As a retail employee, you are expected to take the initiative of upkeeping the cleanliness in the store.

• Teams will be required to conduct daily cleaning tasks included but not limited to:
\n
• Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures and decor
\n
• Clean doors, window glass, mirrors (exterior and interior)
\n
• Pick up and empty trash cans and garbage taking it to the dumpster as needed
\n
• Sweep and mop hard floors
\n
• Wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, shared common areas and equipment
\n

\n

Performance Management

\n

\n
• Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all team members to ensure they are fully educated on brand guidelines and season strategy
\n
• Utilize fashion expertise to inspire others and build collaborative partnerships in a team-focused environment
\n
• Supporting the Team in maintaining the visual and housekeeping standards of the store
\n
• Conduct coaching and counseling sessions with the team to review performance and provide constructive, timely feedback
\n
• Oversee performance check in process for all store employees and establish individual goals
\n
• Identify and create action plans for team members in collaboration with the District Manager
\n
• Provide accurate monthly schedules by analyzing peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submissions of payroll records for all employees
\n
• The Store Manager may be assigned other responsibilities as the direct manager deems fit, pending the company’s business needs and career development purposes.
\n
• Communicate Company set KPi’s and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are met
\n
• Assisting with Store Events: Participating in the planning and the execution of promotional events, product launches, and other initiatives to drive foot traffic and boost sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
\n
• High School graduate or equivalent
\n
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry preferred
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Commitment, being self-motivated and goal oriented
\n
• Problem solving
\n
• You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
\n
• You are a people person! Working with a team to accomplish store goals, genuinely enjoying an environment of fun music and building connections with our guests for the best shopping experience.
\n
• You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, for a short distance engages in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance including climbing a ladder and use a step stool
