Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung - Atlanta Region

Job Overview Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison, Lung to support the Atlanta Region that includes North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, eastern Tennessee, and northern Florida. This field‑based position prefers candidates located in a major metropolitan market with easy access to a national airport, though applicants from any location may apply. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of the Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy, and faculty development. Serve as a key member of the RYBREVANT Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to shape future strategies. Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs and other stakeholders to achieve brand priorities. Maintain pulse on regional lung cancer trends and coordinate marketing education and engagement plans with cross‑functional partners. Partner with the analytics team to understand regional variations in treatment patterns and inform insight program placement. Monitor the regional marketing budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning. Assist in shaping future educational platforms at national and regional levels and creating innovative solutions to engage KOLs at medical congresses. Lead the overall brand strategy, including roadmap development, innovative engagement planning, and marketing operations for KOL strategy. Partner with Commercial Excellence to develop tools for insight generation and third‑party placement. Potentially manage other oncology TLLs to increase capabilities and maximize impact on key initiatives. Maintain a complete understanding of ACCME, HCC, and PhRMA guidelines. Qualifications Minimum of a BA/BS degree in a related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or other relevant graduate degree preferred. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership, ideally engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare organizations. Ability to develop, lead, and execute regional medical education and engagement strategy without a defined roadmap. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to innovate and deliver results. Demonstrated understanding of industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of competition. Ability to build and manage lasting customer relationships with a focus on patient impact and customer centricity. Proven tenacity, energy to inspire change, high tolerance for ambiguity, and willingness to adapt. Consistent track record of success with demonstrable professional accomplishments. Valid U.S. driver’s license. Greater than 50% travel (up to 65%) to field‑based educational events, internal meetings, congresses, and select program attendance, including many weekend events. Preferred Qualifications Previous cross‑functional industry experience in pharma or biotech engaging with KOLs and professional healthcare associations. Deep medical/scientific knowledge of the oncology marketplace. Experience leading through change and transformation, with exceptional communication and leadership skills. Salary and Benefits Base pay range: $137,000.00 - $235,750.00 Retirement: Consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (48 hours for Colorado, 56 hours for Washington). Holiday pay: 13 days per calendar year, including floating holidays. Work, personal and family time: up to 40 hours per calendar year. Parental leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child. Bereavement leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member, 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year. Caregiver leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
