ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in May 2022 and is a growing team of two with a strong foundation in the business. Before opening my own agency, I helped build my wife’s State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed.

I come from a State Farm family and have been married since 2007, with one child in college. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, soccer, and golfing. We stay connected to the community by supporting local events and small businesses.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marco Murillo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
