We're Hiring! Front Desk Receptionist

Park Aesthetics is looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team! We're searching for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and thrives in a high volume, fast paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate:
Has previous front desk, administrative, receptionist, or medical office experience
Is confident answering and managing high volume phone calls
Has excellent communication and organizational skills
Is detail oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Is dependable, professional, and a team player
Is eager to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities

As a member of our front desk team, you'll do much more than answer phones. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, communicating with providers, managing schedules, assisting with patient education, enrolling patients in rewards programs, applying promotions and rewards, and creating an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Experience in medical aesthetics is a plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate on our systems and processes, however, previous office or front desk experience is required for this position.
