Full-time and part-time weekend shifts are available, including Saturday & Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM or Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM (overnights/3rd shift). Hourly Pay: RN: $32–$38/hour + $5/hour WOW Incentive LPN: $25–$30/hour + $5/hour WOW Incentive The $5/hour WOW Incentive is added to the regular base pay for eligible weekend shifts. Work for 2025 & 2026 Louisville Employer and Provider of Choice award by Home Care Pulse Requirements: Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Kentucky Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required with bedside care preferred Experience with g-tubes, trachs/vent and cath care preferred Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
