Ambassador - Oakley Taproom

Overview As the Taproom Ambassador you will be a source of knowledge on all things MadTree. You will guide the guest experience as they arrive and navigate our Oakley Taproom, assisting with directions to private events, handling reservations, explaining how to order food from the Kitchen, and helping guests select and purchase pre-packaged beverages and merchandise. You will be an active MadTree ambassador who lives out our behaviors: Connect, Grow, and Give a F*ck. Location Oakley Status Part-Time Reports To Assistant General Manager Shifts Must have availability (at least two of the days) Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Compensation $15.00 per hour Essential Duties And Responsibilities Deliver a warm and welcoming experience to all guests; facilitate guest requests and needs, and resolve or escalate guest concerns as needed. Exceed guest expectations through the execution of the Service Sequence. Possess knowledge of table reservations in the taproom for each shift, assisting guests as they arrive to locate their table quickly and efficiently. Process payments (cash, credit, and contactless) accurately while following company money-handling rules. Execute rotating merchandising displays from planograms provided by leadership.
