Entry-Level Account Representative

We are seeking motivated and professional individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Account Representatives. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided. No prior experience is required.

In this role, you will represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations throughout the local area. You will speak with members of the public, share information about each organization's mission and programs, and invite interested individuals to support these organizations through charitable donations.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations professionally at community events and outreach campaigns
• Engage with members of the public through face-to-face conversations
• Explain nonprofit missions, programs, and community impact
• Answer questions and provide accurate information to prospective donors
• Invite interested individuals to make charitable contributions in support of nonprofit campaigns
• Meet established outreach and fundraising goals
• Accurately record donor interactions and campaign results
• Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude while representing clients

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; paid training is provided
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Reliable, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment and interact with the public
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
