Work closely with the General Manager, Chef, and Service Team to coordinate menus, wine pairings, staffing, and logistics. Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and floor plans. Manage event timelines from inquiry to execution, including deposits, confirmations, and post-event follow-up. Ensure all events are executed to CHG standards — polished, on time, and guest-focused. Maintain accurate event records, financial tracking, and reporting.
