Mechanical Assembler

Pay: $19-22/hr based on experience/position (Entry level mechanical also)

Shift: 1st (daytime) 630am- 3pm (Mon-Friday)

2nd (afternoon) 2pm- 11pm (Mon-Friday)

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand assembly requirements and specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform mechanical assembly tasks safely and efficiently.
• Assemble large parts and components
• Produce parts that meet or exceed quality standards as determined by production and quality personnel.
• Troubleshoot basic machine and equipment problems that affect assembly work.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as needed to support reliable operation.
• Can be cross trained scross multiple departments
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency using hand tools and power tools in a production or shop environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical assembly practices.
• Ability to consistently meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Capability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Souderton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
