Cardiac Cath Lab - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• BSN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - MedStar Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Required Skills/Experience: Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment.

Preferred Skills/Experience: IR experience is preferred but not required. Community hospital experience is preferred.

Required Credentials: You must have compact license or MD license.

Special Requests: Manager may or may not interview. Clinician must be okay with this. If clinician has questions, please email the AM. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Cath Lab, EP Lab, and IR. Precepting is required.

Shift & Scheduling: 3x12 Day 7-1900 or 4x10 Day 7-1700, whichever is preferred. Call required: 5-10 shifts per month, full weekend every 4-6 weeks. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: Float is required to Cath Lab, EP, and IR.

7 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months
