We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in Sisters to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.

Compensation & Benefits:

The Caregiver role pays between $20 -  $22 per hour and paid biweekly. As part of the Almost Family Team, you will enjoy a variety of benefits, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, paid training and additional voluntary benefits! 

Your Meaningful Impact (Responsibilities):

• Empowering Independence: Assist our clients with their daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.

• Attentive Advocacy: Keep a caring eye on our clients' well-being, documenting their progress and ensuring their health needs are always a top priority.

• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.

• Health and Safety : Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations

• Home Comforts: Lend a hand with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.

• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.

What You Bring to the Family (Requirements)

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be able to transfer clients (up to 50 lbs) and bend, kneel, twist, push and pull with no restrictions.
