As a Line Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep our manufacturing lines running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Package rolls after indexing them from one core to another or operate automated indexing equipment. Package products according to customer specifications and Revolution production standards. Inspect rolls for splices, defects, and product changes. Work collaboratively with team members to keep production lines operating efficiently. Verify correct roll counts, film specifications, and production supplies. Notify leads or supervisors of production defects or operational concerns. Assist with line changeovers and production setup activities. Follow quality and safety standards when packaging products. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Sustain productivity and quality expectations throughout the shift. Follow all OSHA safety requirements and company procedures. Qualifications Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend. Basic reading, writing, and communication skills required. Minimum one year of industrial or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working with automated manufacturing equipment is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8-12 hours per shift. Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
