Texas Steakhouse To-Go Team Member
At Texas Steakhouse, we're serving bold flavors, big portions, and Texas-sized hospitality. Our To-Go Team Members are the final handshake, the last smile, and the friendly face guests see before enjoying their meal at home. You play a critical role in ensuring every off-premise order reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and Texas-sized flavor. You don't just hand out bags; you deliver the Texas/Sagebrush Steakhouse experience.

What You'll Do
- Take and process to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
- Double-check every order to ensure it's hot, fresh, and perfectly packed
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Greet guests picking up orders with a warm, friendly attitude
- Keep the to-go area clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Support delivery drivers with organized, ready-to-go orders
- Support all company initiatives as directed (Reviews, Loyalty Clubs, etc.)
You're the captain of carryout and the guardian of great guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
