You play a critical role in ensuring every off-premise order reflects our commitment to quality, hospitality, and Texas-sized flavor. What You'll Do

• Take and process to-go and delivery orders accurately and efficiently
• Double-check every order to ensure it's hot, fresh, and perfectly packed
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house team
• Greet guests picking up orders with a warm, friendly attitude
• Keep the to-go area clean, stocked, and running smoothly
• Support delivery drivers with organized, ready-to-go orders
• Support all company initiatives as directed (Reviews, Loyalty Clubs, etc.)

You're the captain of carryout and the guardian of great guest experiences.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic technology
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time
