Calculate and review capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations. Prepare quarterly cash and accrual‑based journal entries. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Support year‑end audit and tax reporting processes. Prepare investor reporting schedules and supporting analyses. Maintain fund records and assist with finance‑related systems and reporting tools. Partner with internal stakeholders to support ongoing fund operations and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in public accounting (Audit preferred) or relevant accounting experience. Experience with investment management, financial services, private equity, hedge funds, or alternative investments is a plus but not required. CPA or CPA track preferred.
