What You ll Do:

• Provide inpatient hematology and oncology care for all ages
• Support hematology services, including benign and malignant conditions
• Assist with patient assessments, management plans, and procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs and physicians
• Contribute to the development of the hospital s bone marrow and hematology services
• Document care accurately in EPIC EMR system
• Support patient education and coordinate care plans

What You Need:

• Active Minnesota state license
• Board-certified PA or similar advanced practice provider certification
• Experience with benign and malignant hematology preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort with hematology procedures and inpatient care
